What we collect

We collect only what you give us directly:

  • Contact form — your name, email address, and the message you send.
  • Booking flow — your name, phone number, email address, and the services you select.

We don't use tracking pixels, behavioral analytics tools, or advertising cookies. We don't collect anything passively beyond what your browser sends to any web server (IP address, browser type) as part of a normal page load — and we don't store or use that data.

Why we collect it

Contact form submissions are stored so Sam can read your message and reply within 24 hours. That's it.

Booking information is stored so Sam can confirm your appointment, prepare for the job, and follow up if needed. Your selected services help Sam show up ready.

We don't use your information for marketing, profiling, or anything unrelated to your service.

Where your data is stored

Both the contact form and booking flow write to a database hosted by Supabase (supabase.com), a US-based cloud database provider. Supabase stores data in secure, encrypted infrastructure. You can read their privacy practices at supabase.com/privacy.

Third-party services

We use a small number of third-party tools to operate this site:

  • Supabase — stores your form submissions and booking records as described above.
  • Calendly — once online scheduling is live, clicking "Pick a Time" will load a Calendly scheduling widget. Calendly operates under its own privacy policy and may set its own cookies. You can review it at calendly.com/privacy. Until that feature is active, no Calendly data is collected.
  • Resend — used to send internal email notifications to Sam when a new booking or contact message comes in. Resend delivers the notification email only; your data is not used for any Resend marketing or analytics purpose.

We don't sell, rent, or share your personal information with any other party, ever.

Your information, your control

If you'd like to have your contact or booking records deleted, just reach out directly and Sam will take care of it promptly.
